3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid charges.
3.2. For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, no refund will be issued.
3.3. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
3.4. Non-refundable bookings do not qualify for any form of refund.
4. Check-in and Check-out Policy
4.1. Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Guests must vacate the premises by 10:00 AM on the check-out date.
4.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
4.3. Valid photo identification is required upon check-in.
5. House Rules
5.1. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
5.2. Pets are not allowed on the property.
5.3. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect the comfort of others. 5.4. Children under 18 are not permitted without prior approval.
6. Guest Responsibilities
6.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay.
6.2. Any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents may result in additional charges.
6.3. Guests must adhere to all local laws and property guidelines.
7. Amenities and Services
7.1. Free Wi-Fi, private parking, and breakfast services are provided as part of your stay.
7.2. LPM Guests BV does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Wi-Fi and other services due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. LPM Guests BV is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
8.2. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. Management is not liable for injuries sustained on the property unless due to negligence.
